The last few years have left many of us feeling disconnected, whether that be from family, friends, or even businesses that you used to deal with in person or on the phone, but are now having to process or buy everything online.

Here at Lansdown, we won’t be taking that personal service away, not now, not ever. Even as technology develops further, we’ll always have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, or if you want to discuss your insurances in person, you are more than welcome to book a meeting with a member of the team and visit our beautiful office in Cheltenham.

Why is this important to us?

We’ve been part of the Cheltenham community for over 50 years and we want to ensure we continue to provide the service that people have come to expect from us.

We understand that although a large amount of people do favour online communication, there are also members of the community who prefer to deal with a dedicated account handler, or who cannot use online tools. There are also those who have complicated risks to insure and need to discuss these with us in greater detail.
