I have nearly 25 years insurance broker experience. I started at Lansdown as an Account Executive and worked hard to the position I am in today. I love Lansdown, our culture, our ethos, our clients and our staff.

A dedicated, enthusiastic, sales and relationship manager who is highly motivated with 20 plus years’ experience within the commercial sector.

With an overall passion for property both Residential and Commercial I have spent the last 8 years  specialising within this sector.

I have Worked in the insurance industry since 1989. I started out working within Personal Lines, I managed two offices and decided in 2003 to move into Commercial Insurance with Lansdown.

5 years with Lansdown this month. I have 19 years’ experience within the commercial sector ranging from Property to Charities. My role here is to handle buildings insurance for mainly blocks of flats, both arranging new policies and handling questions and renewals for existing clients.

I have over twelve years’ insurance experience within the industry, the majority of these at Lansdown. I currently work in the commercial department looking after both new and existing clients.

My passion is the sales aspect and I really enjoy talking to people.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 13 years, 8 of those specialising in property insurance and 5 and a half here at Lansdown.

I have been with Lansdown for almost 2 years and have grown my knowledge within the Insurance Property Sector, with main focus on Commercial, Landlords and working with our Partners. In my spare time I enjoy photography, fitness, Cooking and Cotswold walks with my dog.

I have been with Lansdown since March 2021. I have worked in the insurance industry for over 5 years moving from home insurance to commercial insurance. I am Cert CII qualified.

I have worked in administration and client support for around 9 years working in different industries which include workplace benefits & pensions, accounting in a law firm and assisting financial advisors.

20 Years insurance broking experience, was at Endsleigh Insurance Brokers for 12 years before joining Lansdown.

I enjoy working at Lansdown with my successful team and helping to achieve a good customer experience.

Outside of work I like spending time with my wife and 2 daughters and enjoy many sports including Cycling, golf and football.

Prior to that I did 7 years Commercial Underwriting within general Accident, then went onto 36  years broking both commercial and personal lines, 25 of which have been with Lansdown. I will be retiring at the end of 2022.

9 and a half years with Lansdown. I have worked in the Insurance Industry and within personal lines insurance  for the last 38 years.

Outside of work I love travelling, music, entertaining with friends & family, cooking and reading.

I joined Lansdown Insurance in 2017 and worked as an insurance agent for 13 years, passing my CertCII qualification to achieve chartered membership status.

It is my goal to help clients understand where their risk exposures are finding an insurance solution which make sense for them to give peace of mind.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a school governor.

I really enjoy working with the team at Lansdown. Every day is different and I enjoy my varied role which involves working in the Commercial team dealing with landlord insurance, as well as continuing to assist the personal lines team when required. In my spare time I enjoy both playing and watching a lot of different sports, in particular football and tennis.

I’ve been with Lansdown for just over 9 months. Prior to that I have 9 years experience in the insurance industry having worked in the sales and service department at Ageas to now as an insurance brokers at Lansdown. Providing great customer service has always been at the forefront of my career. I thoroughly enjoy talking to our customers to build a strong and lasting relationship.

I am part of the Lansdown Social Committee and heavily involved with the social and charity aspect of the company, which I love!

I have worked in the insurance industry for over 6 years. Notably, working as an Underwriter specialising in High-Net-Worth Home Insurance and a broker covering Personal Lines, helping make Consumer insurance clear. Currently, I am studying for my CII exams.

I am a keen supporter of Aston Villa; I spend most nights in the gym, enjoy playing piano and cooking.

I joined Lansdown as Claims Manager in 2005. Customer service driven to ensure claims are handled smoothly & efficiently. Myself & my team will guide, advise and support our clients through their claim journey. I class myself as a highly motivated conscientious professional who is committed to looking after those that need that extra support.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 13 years in a claims-based role. I am committed to delivering results to ensure our clients receive a proactive and advisory claim service. I am motivated by a desire to do a good job.

I have been with Lansdown for just 9 months, and I’m really enjoying it!

I have worked at Lansdown for 15 years and have over 20 years’ experience in the insurance market.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling and walking in the Cotswold’s countryside with my dog.

I have worked at Lansdown for 19 years. I love my job  and the people that work here. I have made lifelong friends.

In my spare time I love to catch up with family and friends. Enjoy watching movies and going to the Theatre.

I am the Team Leader of the Client Services department, I have been with Lansdown for over 13 years and have my Cert CII qualification. I’ve gained lots of experience throughout the years working at Lansdown and I like its family atmosphere. In my free time I like going to the gym and spending time outdoors.

I have been at Lansdown for 15 years. Outside of work I enjoy Exercise Classes, Walking, Reading and Travelling.

My responsibilities as a Commercial Support Assistant at Lansdown Insurance Brokers include supporting our Account Executives with relevant renewal documents, liaising with clients and insurance brokers and conducting administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis. In addition, through working at Lansdown for over a year, I have established myself as a part of the social engagement committee within the business, which has included organising volunteering/charity days to support our local communities.

I have been at Lansdown for nearly 8 years, working part time on a job share basis.  I’m really happy to be working for a Company with high standards in customer care and also to be working with such a great team.

My working life began in Insurance but following redundancy I worked for an Airline and then in a Cathedral. All very different but enjoyable roles.  I have worked at Lansdown for 5 years following a move from ‘The East’ and liken it to the same family atmosphere and values when I began work many years ago.

I enjoy cooking, singing and countryside walks especially with family, friends and the grand dogs!
